Vim: A 1.5 Year Retrospective

Thoughts from a newish Vim user, for brand new Vim users

I was scrolling through Twitter a couple months ago and saw that Tim Pope, a renowned Vim plug-in developer, had tweeted about building this in Animal Crossing:

And I thought yeah, I have, when I was learning the damn modal editor that is Vim itself. Vim is not playin’.
